No refrigeration is necessary. The proprietary formula and airless pump maintain the serum’s potency after opening. However, avoid exposing the bottle to excessive heat (e.g., inside a hot car) or freezing temperatures to preserve the exosomes' anti-aging benefits.

Apply 1–2 pumps once or twice daily as part of your skincare routine. Consistency is key, as cell regeneration takes time. For best results, use the serum for several weeks and apply it at least once daily.

The serum is oil-free to preserve exosome integrity, which may leave your skin feeling slightly dry as it dries. We recommend following with a moisturizer, such as the AXELIR™ Moisturizing Cream, to maintain hydration and support optimal exosome absorption.

While the serum is compatible with many products, formulations can vary. Avoid using it with excessively oily products, as oil may destabilize the exosomes. Opt for oil-light or oil-balanced products, such as lotions and creams, instead of ointments or balms. A patch test is recommended for the first-time application of the AXELIR™ ExoStem Serum. Discontinue use if you experience adverse reactions and consult a healthcare professional.
